Lubrication is key! Make sure you lubricate the flange tunnel with cooking-grade coconut oil or designated pumping spray. Your nipple should glide though the tunnel.
You should see increased sprays, comfort and output with properly fitted flanges.
Check your flange size every few weeks as nipples can change sizes.
How to measure
Measure before a feedings/pumping
Stimulate your nipple by gently touching them until you see them rise, then measure starting from the base of the nipple.
Measure with the printed ruler. Consider sizing up 1-2mm from the exact size you measure.
