Brittany H., IBCLC, Founder
Brittany (she/her) is the founder of Feed Well Co. and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting new families. As a mentor, she is passionate about helping future IBCLCs develop the knowledge, clinical judgment, and confidence needed to provide exceptional, evidence-based care. Brittany is dedicated to fostering a collaborative learning environment where mentees can grow into compassionate, skilled lactation professionals.
Bailie W. BS, IBCLC, PMH-C, Clinic Lead
Bailie is passionate about mentoring the next generation of IBCLCs through supportive, hands-on education and evidence-based clinical practice. With a background in lactation, nutrition, and doula care, she helps mentees build the confidence, clinical reasoning, and practical skills needed to provide exceptional care to breastfeeding families. Her mentorship emphasizes individualized learning, thoughtful feedback, and developing compassionate, competent clinicians who are prepared for both the IBCLC exam and real-world practice.
